The Fulton-Montgomery Community College men's basketball team wrapped up the first half of its season on a high note with an 88–80 victory over SUNY ESF on Wednesday.

After trailing 44–38 at halftime, the Raiders responded with a strong offensive second half, outscoring SUNY ESF 50–36 over the final 20 minutes. The Raiders shot efficiently down the stretch and controlled the glass to turn a six-point deficit into an eight-point win.

Craig Guest Jr. delivered a standout performance, pouring in a game-high 31 points on 9-of-14 shooting, including 5-of-7 from three-point range, while adding eight rebounds and two blocks.

FMCC showed balance behind Guest, with Andre Jackson contributing 15 points, seven rebounds, and two steals, and Brady Smith posting a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Matthew Carter and Jordon Knight each chipped in nine points.

The win allows Fulton-Montgomery to close out the 2025 half of the season with confidence as the team looks ahead to the second half of the season. They will travel to take on St. John Fisher JV on January 10th.
