With the fall season just around the corner, the Fulton-Montgomery Community College Men's Soccer team is already showing strong signs of talent and competitive fire in their pre-season preparations.

"Practices have been going well and everyone has been working really hard towards our goals," said Head Coach Lamine Samb.

That hard work has set the tone for what promises to be a season of growth and high expectations for the Raiders. In the pre-season, the Raiders have been putting in the work in all areas of the game, with a particular focus on finishing, passing, and fitness. The emphasis has been on sharpening fundamentals while also building the chemistry needed to compete at a high level.

"Our attack will be our strength this season. We're making sure our front three are working together and finding ways to help each other score goals," said Samb.

FMCC returns key players from last year in Bradley Warren, Augusto Silva, Luis Rincón, Juri Barnstorf-Brandes and Andrey Rincón. The Raiders also bring in a big recruiting class of international talent to balance out the 30-man roster.

FM will open the 2025 season on the road against Genesee Community College on Saturday, August 30th. They will return home on Wednesday, September 3rd when they host North Country Community College.
