The Men's Soccer team kicked off their home opener in dominant fashion, shutting out North Country Community College 5-0 on Wednesday evening.

The Raiders showcased a strong offensive performance combined with a solid defensive line, controlling the pace from the first whistle. Multiple players contributed to the scoring effort, demonstrating the team's depth early in the season.

Joe Gore connected on the first goal of the game in the 11th minute off a Luis Rincón assist.

The Raiders found the back of the net four more times in the second half. Daunte Khiyaza, Timéo Teppe, Masen Valachovic and Rincón each scored. Adam Rose and Augusto Silva had an assist each.

Benjamin Bader and Angel Miguel got the clean sheet in the net for FM.

The win marks a promising start for FMCC, as they look to build momentum and make a strong run in Region III competition. The Raiders will have the weekend off and will return to action on September 10th when they travel to play Clinton Community College.
